Accounts and Ordering
All of our projects are managed via our Customer Portal, called GIGPAD. To order sample processing services, you must first set up a GIGPAD account. You must also have a valid PO or PeopleSoft number for a project as well as an IRB number of and active approved study.
For instructions on how to set up a GIGPAD account, please refer to the GIGPAD FAQ page (link provided in the blue box on the right).
Please note that only authorized persons associated with a study may submit samples. Samples are submitted via GIGPAD through the order entry process. Please make sure to follow our shipping instructions.
