Hana Zouk, PhD

Hana Zouk, PhD joined Partners HealthCare Personalized Medicine in 2016 as an Assistant Director at the Laboratory for Molecular Medicine (LMM) after completing her ABMGG fellowship in clinical molecular genetics at Harvard Medical School Genetics Training Program.
Dr. Zouk is interested in molecular genetic testing that combines high-throughput genomic technologies along with advanced clinical interpretation to provide comprehensive genetic information that can be used for effective implementation in personalized medicine. She is a co-Investigator of the eMERGE Project, a national consortium that combines biorepository samples with electronic health record (EMR) systems for large-scale genomic discovery and clinical implementation research. Her main role in the eMERGE Project is the rapid interpretation of sequence variation identified throughout the process to facilitate the integration of these genetic variants into EMRs for clinical care.
